Former President Manila Mayor Joseph Ejercito Estrada led the simple opening ceremonies for the Manila Skate Park at the Canonigo Covered Court in Paco Manila.
The facility can be used free of charge by the city's youth for practicing their skills in a sport they love, and for other social activities that encourage aportsmanship and camaraderie.
